I answer all of my emails very promptly (within 24 hours during the business week, and within 48 hours on the weekends). I take great care with my shop photography, but as I state in every listing, the color is correct on my monitor, but I am not responsible for the settings on your own. Please contact me within 3 days of receipt if there is a problem with your order. I will accept items returned for store credit only (minus shipping costs). Yarn must be returned clean, smoke-free and pet-hair-free, and still in the hank (ie. NOT WOUND) with none missing- and it will be weighed when it is received. Yarn that has been knitted/crocheted/woven with is nonreturnable. Fiber is nonreturnable. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. I offer a guarantee only on yarn that I have sold myself. If you purchase yarn from a third party (a Ravelry destash, an Instagram destash, or one of my wholesale partners) I cannot guarantee the yarn at all and you will be responsible for approaching whomever you've purchased from for redress. Thank you for your understanding, as I cannot control the quality of yarn once it has left my hands and been in the stash (or shop) of another individual or business.
